Namibia borders on Angola and Zambia, in the east on Botswana in the north, and in the east and the South with South Africa.Form of government
The people San, perhaps, occupied the territory which now call Namibia more than 2,000 years ago. The people speaking on a bow located there in the 1600th years. Ovambo, the most numerous ethnic group migrated there in the 1800th years.
At the end of the 15th century, the Portuguese researcher Diash Bartolomeu became the first European who visited Namibia. Before the territory called South West Africa, became the German colony in 1884. Between 1904 and 1908, the German troops destroyed tens of thousands of Guerrero which rose against colonial domination. In 1915, during World War I, the Namibian territory was accepted by the South African forces. In 1921 the territory got under the mandate of League of the Nations at the government of South Africa.
